Mouse Jitter?

I managed to set up 007 Goldeneye with mouse controls using N-Rage Input V2 on Project64 2.3.0.210 and have noticed that the analog stick seems to jitter a lot, going back a little to wherever it was a millisecond before. I'm a complete dumbass when it comes to this stuff and was wondering if someone could explain what the problem likely is and how I may be able to fix it.

Maybe change your mouse DPI?
