World Driver Championship - How to get better graphics setup?

Hello everyone, I run a casual video game channel that has mostly racing games of all kinds, mostly racing games. I have a ton of interest to create videos for World Driver Championship in the best visual setups possible, but I am running to some problems and issuing an SOS to everyone that is familiar with World Driver Championship on Project64. I'm using an angrylion plugin which makes the game run 100% fine with no problems, but it's very blurry that makes it hard to see anything, even in 4:3. A youtuber named "someother1ne" has managed to run this game in the past with the best graphics setup imaginable, it looks so good and I have absolutely no idea how he got it to run that good, his comments and messages are turned off which makes it difficult to communicate with him and get some help. you can find the video titled: "World Driver Championship N64 emu on PC PJ64 (Boss Game Studios)" by someother1ne, and you'll know what i'm talking about.

If there is anyone out there that can help me with this, I greatly appreciate it, I can get the game to run, but I don't know how to make it look that prettier, I tried all the other plugins and they just don't work. Thank you all.

angrylion plugin is going to look like a real n64 as much as possible so you an'rt going to make it look any better with that plugin.

I'm aware of what angrylion is capable of, my point is that "someother1ne" wasn't even using angrylion, a graphics plugin that he used to make WDC look high def and crisp is a massive mystery, all I wanted to know is what setup he used if anyone has any idea. And I have tried everything.
