Default Best setup for Banjo-Tooie?

Hello, I recently completed playing through Banjo-Kazooie on PJ64 and I'm looking to play Banjo-Tooie next. I've heard the game really doesn't like to work well on emulation though, so I was wondering if anyone here knows the best setup to get it working at least to a playable state: i.e emulator, plugins, codes and such.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I managed to figure it out. Using PJ64 2.3 and changed the graphic plugin to GLideN64. Works like a charm.
