If i can give you some hints for banjo tooie. Everything is going to be in the 80110000 - 80120000 area.

Everything else will shift around. 40000-80000 is thread stack memory

~80000-80110000 is game code
0-~40000 is standard functions and some other shit.

everything 12XXXX and up is going to be 100% dynamic and non reproducible and is not worth chasing after unless you know what youre doing. If theres a specific thing youre interested in doing, I can see about helping you out.

Also your controller activators are in the peripheral interface ram shit. When the game saves data or does other shit, theres almost a 100% chance youll get random data. The way to fix this is to check the 4 bytes before the values youre reading and making sure that its the read controller instruction.
