Ok so i downloaded like 3 different roms for zelda and the orcarina of time but when i try o use the emulator and load the .n64 file it does not work, help anyone

Use GoodN64 to verify if the ROM is ok.

Make sure when downloading ROMs that it has "[!]" in the file name and nothing else and/or says "verified good dump".

OK so i finally got the roms to appear on the plugin list when you open PJ64 but when i try to play them it says that the plugins have not been initialized...... what the hell does that mean?

When you open project 64 choose options then settings and make sure you have selected a video,audio, input ect.. plugin from the drop down boxes. If nothing shows up in the drop down menus then you need to down load the missing plugins. once that is done you can configure your graphics plugin, audio plugin and controller plugin from the options menu. note... make sure you have properly configured your graphics plugin to what your video card can handle or games won't load.(Start with the default settings and work up.)
