Issues with the speed

Hello, I'm a begginer in these emulator things so I need help with my P64 V2.1
I used 2 ROMs (Pokemon Stadium and Pokemon Snap) and both of them run very fast, the video and audio run like they were speed up x3. Can someone please give me advice? I have already synced the audio but didn't work.
