Default Is there any plugin that allows two controllers to be used simultaneously?

For instance, I'd like to use the A+B and four C button layout of the N64 controller, but also want to use the superior analog stick from a more modern controller.

Is there any plugin that allows multiple controllers to be mapped to one player?

I've used 1 controller with a 2 controller setup for Goldeneye.

You can do this with the nrage plugin supplied with Project64.

You just map the buttons you want over 2 controllers. Make sure you select plugged for controller 2.

You can even use both analog sticks on a PS2/3 pad. Analog sticks can be mapped to C-buttons, or Dpad as well.

Edit:
The game you're playing should have the option to use 2 controllers though. Like in Goldeneye.

Okay, I'll try it sometime later.

You mean the game must support two-controller-for-one-player setup? (I know Perfect Dark also had this feature)
Hopefully, it'll work for one-controller-for-one-player games like the original Turok.

If there's no solution, maybe I'll have to make one,
perhaps using something like an Autohotkey program to map one controller's input as another controller's.

Not sure, but you might be able to map buttons/sticks from two controllers to just controller 1. Should be able to. You can map combination of keys and joypad on the same controller.

I don't have two joypads to test.

Default Multi-controller Button Assignments

I'm not sure exactly what your end game is as it sounds to me like you're holding an N64 controller in your right hand and an XBOX (or similar) controller in your left hand.

Whatever the case it's fine, YES you can mix controller buttons for one player. This function works for me with NRage V2.2.3c.

The example you gave is doable.

Yep, that's the desired setup.

Confirmed to work with the Nrage plugin on PJ64, v2.3.2.3, but not on PJ64, 1.6. Good enough for me, thanks.

Default Plugins Folder

You want to place it in the Input folder within the installation directory of '*emulator*\Plugin\Input". If you are using 1.6 all plugins are withing the Plugin folder.
