I'm trying to play my saved file from project 64 to the emulator on my android. The name of the emulator is Super N64. I noticed the pj files are dat files or pj file. Not sure which one is needed if not both. I also noticed the quick SAV file is on the phone emulator.
Any help is appreciated. |

Why can't people provide more information when asking questions... No one will be able to help you if they don't even have both files. I couldn't be bothered, but maybe someone with more freetime/motivation can help you.
My advice is to just open both of them in hex and see the difference. Then you can either manually convert it or write a program to do so. |

Use mupen64plus on pc, load the PJ64 save state, save that state in mupen use created state in android version (or simply try to directly load the PJ64 state from the android emu, given it is based on a recent enough version, it should be able to handle)
Ingame saves should actually just work as well, if your emu hasn't changed the format for some reason (you can try Mupen64plus AE its the most "official" port and the devs work closely with upstream) Last edited by V1del; 8th May 2014 at 10:45 PM. |
