PS3 Controller Mapping

Trying to load Zelda Ocarina of Time. Works fine. But PJ64 wont recognize my right analog (or left) stick as separate buttons. I push up on the stick it should register up - down down. etc etc. I have been googling for hours. I really need some help on this on guys. - Trying to map it to C stick if that wasnt clear. Its a ps3 dualshock.

of course it shouldn't, analogue sticks ARE NOT BUTTONS
