Default Wireless ProjectA Gamecube Style Pro Controller on 2.4.0.1042-ga771022

Good evening!

I recently purchased a bluetooth adapter so I can use this controller with Project64 to play some OoT ROM Hacks instead of using my Xbox One controller because it feels better to me. The issue I run into though is that if I have XInput unchecked, the controller works but it only seems to sense the analog stick for movement as if I'm barely holding a direction when I have it moved all the way in any direction. If I enable XInput, it doesn't work at all. That includes with using x360e to convert it into XInput from DirectInput.

I've also tried using "BetterJoyForCemu" but it gives me " Unhandled Exception: Cannot perform runtime binding on a null reference" no matter which version I use.

Any tips?

Edit: I tried opening Project64 as an admin through Steam to see if Steam's controller drivers would work and it didn't do anything in game.

Make sense since this isn't CEMU

I don't really think this has anything to do with PJ64, sounds like a controller (driver) problem.

Yeah, but I'm not sure what the driver issue would be since it works in literally every other program. BetterJoyForCemu is a suggested fix on other posts to make windows recognize it properly but it gives me that error.
