any way to auto load a custom control configuration?

Is there a plug in out there that lets you create a custom control configuration for a specific game? I have golden eye and a few other games configured differently from other standard games and I was wondering if there was a way to set up an auto load like if I switch from smash bros to golden eye it would automatically change the default controls to my custom golden eye controls and then when i switch to another game it will go back to default controls. Is there any sort of plug-in I could use to do this?

Use different controller plugins. 1 for standard and the other for custom. Jabo and NRage. You can then set the controller plugin for each game in Edit Game Settings.

well you see that doesn't really help me much because I'm trying to use my old laptop motherboard to make an emulator console for my tv, using hyperspin to choose the games and I wanna be able to switch between games seamelessly with the controller without having to mess with any setting.
