there is also the ability to add bugs there
https://github.com/project64/project64/issues

for bugs that I can work on to fix they probably should go there, cause I can not remember what bugs actually need to be fixed.

Please note this does not cover any graphics bugs, just the core emu/rsp compiler.

it has the chance for it but I doubt I will. I had it in git anyway in a private repository that was before the release now it is released no reason to have the private one, might as well be on git hub.

Not to mention at times I come back and look at things and go what are the issues again.

To be honest I don't feel that it will attract the attention, but I'm sure that some people will want to come forward.

I know Azimer was still talking about contributing some stuff to audio, but then he definitely switched back to life mode for the time.
We were just talking about modifying the audio specs for some of our own reasons, but he knows much more.

I did a build with the VS2013 solution on the official Project64 GitHub. I'm temporarily uploading the Project64 EXE it produces (Release mode). I'm not seeing any FPS/VI/s stuttering or lag in Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Paper Mario, Absolute Crap 2 or friends.

What if you try said EXE I linked off VS2013? Do you still have issue?

I tested SM64 and Abs. Both work fine with the exe you linked.

Default Bugs goldeneye

Hello everybody,

Sorry I am new here, I just wanted to participated to improve this project64 which is one of the best emulator. It can be perfect over time, I have already participated years ago with 20 dollars in this site, so I am not so new.

Il only wanted to report a bug in Goldeneye which has never been solved in spite of new project64 versions. In the 6th level (frigate level) the sea, the water is very bad emulated, do you think it is possible to solve this problem?

Moreover, when you shot the gun the fire which is emited is square not so real as the original, maybe somthing it could be fixed.

Thank you everybody I am french so sorry for my english

François

Sounds like you are using an older video plugin you should take the time to report these issues on github https://github.com/project64/project64

I would test with a few different plugins to see which works best for each game you play. If you want accuracy I would recommend hatcat's RDP/RSP, but its really slow. If you want decent accuracy, with moderate speed I recommend GLideN64 RDP.

Anyway, I see that you are claiming to be a supporter. PM Zilmar, and I think he will give you access to the beta builds. There is also Patreon support available if you want to support the site, and zilmars goals.
