NOT BAD! not so sure about the AMD/ATI Radeon.. card you have... :P
I had a Radeon card way back on my Intel Pentium 3 866MHz.. still sitting in my closest..

I have AMD FX-9590 4.7GHz 8 CORES lol
and my mother board uses the same 990FX chipset..
ASUS Sabertooth mobo..

looks up your gpu specs.. seems ok..
more issues with it being Windows 10 and its UPDATE HELL....
then there is up to date drivers.. X_x

With a CPU as good as your AMD processor,GLideN64 should be easy to use if the GPU is good enough for the OpenGL level required.

Aside from this,newer PJ64 versions use a messy Glide64 plugin and Glide64Final 2012 will only work on less recent versions since it won't allow me to use it for some reason.

Glide64 Final 2012 renders a lot better than the PJ64 versions of Glide in my experience.

I got Glide64 Final 2012 to work, but it doesn't help any. It still shows the same weird particle-fog.
