PJ64 ver. 2.3.0.210 is in a infinite loop

What I mean by infinite loop is that it won't stop initializing the plug-ins. I tried seeing if anyone else has this problem but so far no one else has this problem after I post this I will go check Reddit for the problem. If any one has a solution or the same problem let me know in the comments.
