Also if you have folders hidden, it is still possible to type in the exact file path or paste it into Windows Explorer and it can still enter the folder anyway.
Or using a command prompt or DOS window, which is impervious to such settings.  I'm glad you figured it out though; I haven't messed with that stuff in years. |
