Default PJ64 launches, but games won't launch video

After I double click on a title the title list window dissapears, but then nothing appears though if I hover over the task bar tile for Project 64 in the preview I can see the game running. I'm using version 2.3.2 and I get this same behavior using the jabo plug in or glide64 plug in. PJ64 was actually working fine a few days ago too I'm not sure what happened since then.

Edit: I've solved the problem I'll repost my last post here:

Alt enters worked to fullscreen the window and now I play on my big screen, its super weird because pj64 works fine when I use my 23" computer monitor but when I hook up the tv I get that problem. Windows key then arrow wouldn't snap the window but using "alt + space" to open the then "m" then using the arrow keys allowed me to move the window from off screen onto the screen.

I'm guessing it's going off screen you can try alt+enter to force fullscreen or maybe win+(arrow) to force it to a side of the screen.
