Default Star Wars Shadows of the Empire on project 64 2.1.01

I know this has been posted multiple times before, about the flickering and change in speed, but to no avail have I been met with success... and believe me, I've tried. Most "solutions" are for project64 1.6, and while that version might be nice to use, I can't figure out how to have both versions at once. Often, they'll suggest something like "uncheck pixel legacy tunneling", and no such option is present on this version.

I've tried messing with the synced audio, fixed audio timing, changing the Counting Factor to 1 made it better, but it still flickered fairly bad. I tried changing 8MB to 4MB. I'm at a total loss. AS for solutions, could you explain not only what options to change, but also how to get to them? Thank you.

Why not just download PJ64 2.2? It has many fixes on timing issues.
