all the language changes go through github.

You need to pull the code, change the language, then create a pull request with your changes

Hi!

I updated the german language file a few days ago. It seems that there are some strings missing in the english file. I am not sure which numbers are assigned to the missing strings since they are not listed in the english version.
e.g 'Options > Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts' if you hit 'Detect key' the upcoming dialog says 'Press a key to be used as an accelerator' [Cancel]'.
Maybe there are other strings missing as well.

If he's just changing non-code files (like language translations, README etc.) then I doubt he has to pull the code to his hard disk, or even install Git to his computer to contribute.

Something that basic you can just edit the translation files online through the GitHub website.

This link is valid for you as well as everyone else who is not you; the difference is just whether GitHub commits directly to master by doing it online (in your case) or just forks it automatically into a new PR created for them for approval (in their case).
