What kind of multiplayer?

On the same computer = yes. Just set up another controller in the controller plugin.

On different computers = No. Well, not on pj64 1.6 anyways. You'll need to either:
A. Use a different emulator
or
B. Use an old version of pj64, Project64k. Note that Project64k is not the work of the project 64 team here. The source code from PJ64 1.4 was used to create project64k by another group of people. So saying it's an old version of pj64 isn't really correct I suppose. It is based off of an old version of pj64.
