Is it possible to activate this no-clip hack/cheat on TLOZ:OOT Master Quest?

Hey everyone, I saw this gameplay footage of Zelda Ocarina of Time Master Quest the other day, and I was wondering if it's possible to do this no-clip like hack that can be seen at 8:52 (if you watch the video you can see it multiple more times) using Project64 and a keyboard?
The title of the video is "Playing with early Ocarina of Time Beta Maps" and it was uploaded by ZFG. (sorry i can't post URLs)
