I think the Transfer pak for pokemon stadium would be great (prefably 1 2)but then for the origenal gbc roms or the downloaded 1's? then I would need to get A gbc EMU 8)

you get the dll file by downloading and installing Direct X 9.0c off of
http://microsoft.com/directx/

Out of the ideas you mentioned, Texture replacement, and Net Play would be the top two on my list. Add to that maybe some better framebuffer support for more games, Pokemon Snap for example, would be great. Of course that's likely a lot harder than it sounds.
