What;s a good source to download recent builds?

I used to download recent PJ64 builds from EmuCR but i remember having some issues with those so i changed to this source:

And it was fine for a while but now the more recent builds have messed up default settings, like how every game now has "sync with audio" checked, which makes every single one a stuttering and crackling mess if you use certain plugins. And that's an issue when you want to test 300+ roms, i don't have the patience to uncheck every single one from every single game every time i update.

So i'm stuck with a build from October 2017 now and i need a new source to download decent builds. Anyone wanna share?
