Cant install plugins in newest pj64 2.2.0.3

just wanted to test the latest pj64 2.2.0.3 from github but cant seem how to get working video plugins (since it does not come with gfx plugin) so..

pc specs:
windows 10
3gb of ram
1gb gpu
directx installed

i have downloaded the newest GLideN64 release 1.2
created a new "GFX" folder in plugin64 folder
copied the plugin files to GFX
opened pj64 v2.2.0.3 (compiled from github)
go to plugin options and nothing found!

havent tested other video plugins..
maybe a noob question LOL! thank you

The reason is simple - you're using a 64 bit build, and those don't really work yet.
