2 Xbox One Controllers

Not recognizing I am using 2 Xbox one controllers. When I load a game it only allows me to use one of my controllers even though they are both plugged in separately(USB no multi port) and I have configured them both separately in the controller config setting. They were both plugged in before I started emulator up and under controller one I configged all the buttons using the first controller then under controller two I configged all the buttons using the second controller. It recognized the inputs from both controllers, but I'm thinking its getting confused because they are named the same?

Surely someone else has had this issue, but I couldn't find it anywhere in this forum?

Are you using xinput in n-rage?
