I use a forum for zx spectrum 1 bit music. To post, you need to answer the question, "What cpu does the zx spectrum use?".

I used to go to a chess forum, and the CAPTCHA there was checkmate in one move. You clicked on the chess board from some random position stored in the site's games database, and if your move was a mate in one your post went through. Surprisingly easy given the poor intelligence of the people who were still able to post.

I wouldn't ask zilmar to block non-English posts though. Depending on what qualifies as a non-English post I'd say half the people here wouldn't be able to post anymore.

If it's the one I'm thinking of, it kept posting cool stories from bros who just posted that already in the thread. So I think it's a bot auto-posting what other posts on the Internet have said.

If you're not sure if human idiot or troll bot, you could look up the IP address to see if it makes sense. If it's traced to India or whatever I seriously doubt it could be a live person doing copy pasta.

Sure is. You and Melchior must be having a lot of fun banning spammers. On another website I deleted posts all the time and banned people off the members list from A-Z just to spite them for fun (no jk).

Heh, one of those All Hail Donald Trump spammers posted a huge thread with 10,000 characters of straight WWWWWW (infinite W's here...), and I pulled a the_randomizer and quoted the entire post just to say, "Could you spell that for me slowly please?" At the same time RPGMaster caught all the spam and deleted it. I was so sad.

Also RPGMaster is one, so that makes four. At least he actually does stuff; theboy181 I think was just put as a mod because he posted in zilmar's suggestion thread about being a nice guy when posting while I was being a meanie. The funny thing is overtime his user title got changed back to Senior Member. I really have no idea why zilmar would do that. Because it matters what I think of people, I guess?

I'm not even sure if Smiff, Gent etc. are still moderators since with them it's the opposite. Their displayed user status is admin, but I think internally they may have been pruned off the list.
