Windowed Fullscreen.

Hey all - I've tried my best to look at old forums but I can't seem to get it down. I'd like to have my primary monitor display a 1920x1080 windowed (windowed fullscreen) - Use my whole monitor to play the game. But I have a second monitor that I often use to watch videos, stream, or other stuff. If I use fullscreen and click on my second monitor, it stops and occasionally breaks the game.

Is there an easy way to make it so I can access my second monitor while having my primary monitor playing the emulator at 1920x1080 ?

UPDATE: After trying to tweak my settings my emulator is stuck in a small box. Like the actual games are 60x60 in a 1600x1200 black screen. Tried uninstalling and re-downloading and the settings seem to save?

Delete Project64\Config\Project64.cfg to reset everything to defaults.
