Since it's open-source, you can download the code and remove the box yourself, too. That's what I did. And no, I won't share the build.

You could wait long enough for p_025 to tell ExtremeDude2 how to remove the donation box code from Project64 himself and still he would be too lazy to do it. So it's probably better to just remove the code yourself, or you can ask zilmar about editing the RDB. Well, or donate.
