F4 Limit FPS TOO FAST

I love playing games faster than normal. However, whenever I hit F4 to speed the game up, it shoots my game's speed up to over 1000% and I kinda only want to play it in the 200% range. Any idea on how to drop that?

Use interpreter for slower speeds ,or press + when at normal speed until it runs twice as fast and press - to decrease speed if you need to return it to normal.

lmao I was using the number pad + key and it kept changing to MemPak. Didn't think to use the regular + key next to the backspace one. Thanks!
