MAY FLASH joystick messed up

Hey All,

I looked over some of the other threads but couldn't seem to get a good answer to my problem.

I recently purchased the MAY FLASH n64 Controller Adapter

I hooked it up and it seemed to be working fine. All the buttons work but the joystick is being funny.

It works, but barely.

If I play Super Mario 64, when I push the joystick all the way forward Mario will still only tip toe and creep along.

I messed with the range and deadzone but nothing works.

help?!

The only thing I can think of is if you change your controller input. That's weird.
