I was thinking if someday it would be possible to use emulators on televisions?
I have a 46" smart tv and a denon soundbar so playing N64 and NGC games with HD graphics on my setup would be pretty interesting. |

It's always been possible. Don't you have a PC Input or HDMI socket on your TV? Have you tried plugging it in?

HDMI cable or DVI to HDMI & 3.5mm to RCA if your gear is ancient.

My computer is in my bedroom and my television is in my living room so that is not a possibility.

There are streaming possibilites so that you could stream to your TV from your PC.
Actually running anything on a TV has a few blockers. They usually don't have the hardware and if they have it would probably be ARM so you'd have to use an emulator that works on ARM |

One problem I've always had with N64 emus is if you go to fullscreen on one monitor, then try to do anything on the other monitor, the emulator always automatically quits fullscreen mode. Dolphin doesn't have this problem, but every N64 video plugin I've tried does.
