Post Windows Hard Drive Help

So first I just want to say sorry for those who replied to my earlier messages and I wasn't able to get back to them. It turned out my graphics card fan broke maybe by getting overheated, but anyway yesterday I took my computer (Windows) apart (yes it was a broken and outdated one so don't get mad) and I did take out my internal hard drive. Now I am wondering where I could find a cable that could connect my internal hard drive to a laptop. If it makes a difference my internal hard drive is a Seagate Barracuda ATA V 120 Gbytes (model number: ST3120023A). I bet this is a noob question, but I can't find any help. If anybody knows how to do this please post. Thanks in advance.
