Default "Failed to load plugin"

Hello,
I am trying an alternate plugin listed in the "Plugin information" thread, why do I get the error message "Failed to load plugin", even when I put the required dll files in the Plugin directory?

Hello B14ckW01f, maybe you have incompatible versions of the plugins working with the emulator?

Which plugins are you trying to run?
Which version do the plugins have?
Which version of the emulator are you running? (Assuming v1.6)

Best regards

Are you sure about this? I tried that but Glide64 doesn't appear in the Video (graphics) plugin pull-down menu.
