re: a new game controler that I got

This new usb game controller (see Ebay sale 251227986152 for detale's) that I just got, the analog joystick is very tuchy and hard to control. Is there any way to turn the sensitivity down so the analog stick isn't so hard to control? That Radio Shack usb game controller that I had, has a better analog stick on it but I lost the driver cd and there is no way to replace just the driver cd without buying a hole new controller and cd.
