Default How to slow down the emulator to a N64 speed

I have a N64 and I have this. The problem is that I mod GoldenEye 007 and I want the game to run at the 30/45FPS that my N64 runs at.
There is the '-' and '+', but that makes the audio sound bad, and changing VI and AI kind of gets that feel, but I don't know the exact amount for each, and it still says VI/s 60.
Forcing it to lag also isn't good for ears.
Also, is there a way to get the fuzziness of the N64? Or should I just change resolution and use anti-aliasing?
Is there anyway or should I just deal with the 60FPS?
