Default Major stutter when playing Major's Mask with texture packs

For some reason when I try to play Major's Mask with 1964Video.dll it makes my game go to 60 FPS to 12 making it unplayable. I tried using GLide64 but it wont work on my computer it just makes my games crash. With 1964Video.dll I can play Ocarina of Time with a texture pack but not Major's Mask. Is there a specific plugin I have to use to get Major's Mask to work with texture packs?

Sounds like your computer simply doesn't have the hardware. If the graphics card is ancient enough to not be able to use glide64 I fear the worst for the rest of the specs, mind posting them?

Graphics Card:AMD Radeon 7850
Processor:AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor (4 CPUs) 3.4GHz
Memory:8GB

I can run Ocarina of Time with a texture pack of 2.36 GB and get 54 - 60 FPS. Other than the Majora's Mask one 400MB.

That shouldn't be too shabby, and should be able to run glide64 (not necessarily GLideN64, but glide64 should be enough), are your graphics drivers up to date?

Glide64 crashes when opening a ROM. It just crashes. The best plugin for me was Mudlord's Rice Video Plugin but it keeps saying failed to load plugin. Tried 6 versions of Rice's Video Plugin and most say failed to load plugin. I've used Glide64 "Final" and I think GLide64 Napalm.
