Bundling the program with a program i made, is it legal?

I made a rom downloader file manager and a structured way of using emulators with a control panel that connects to all of emulators of every system and puts the downloaded roms in it. is it legal that i bundle it with project 64? its a free program i just want to make sure its alright that i hand out project 64 at no cost with it

2) As a member of the team I can only say that it is not legal to download the roms and we can not be associated with it. So I would advise against it but is not my call so send a PM to Zilmar and see what he has to say.

On a side note, I could say "Go and join your boyfriend Witten then" since such a statement, like Witten's has no basis. But since I'm just a member, I'm not allowed to say anything at all.
