Default Jet Force Gemini - panel missing...

Hey all.

I was playing Jet Force Gemini, first time in a long time. I've arrived at the SS Anubis, found/done everything I can at this point except free Vela.

There's a switch that according to various online guides and even Youtube videos shows is below the window to the left in a large room.

Here's a screenshot of what I see:

Is it just me or is there no panel there for me to shoot out? I'm possibly going crazy, as I've gotten further than this on Project 64 before, so I know it's possible to free her.

Here's an image from a Youtube video I found where the switch is clearly present:

I've Googled myself stupid, does anyone know if this is a known issue in Project 64 1.6?

I'm using Windows 7 if for some odd reason that makes a difference with the latest nVidia drivers for said OS (197.45). I've had no other issue in the game so far at all. Help?

This isn't an emulator issue, I'm having the same problem except I'm playing on an N64 with a cartridge. I wanna know how to fix this too.

Default Same problem here

Well I am having the same problem but on project 64. I've tried so many goddamm things you can't imagine (yes I cluster bombed myself in the face next to it). I checked a couple of walktroughts just to make sure but alas it was futile. I praticly drove myself crazy until i went on youtube to check it out. So please if you know how to fix this annoying problem please post it thz.
