Post READ ME: Getting Help With PJ64

For all newly registered members, Please read this so you can solve your problem and avoid any unwanted sarcasm.

BUT

Before we give you any assistance, please answer these simple questions:

1: Are you using the public 1.6 version, beta 1.7 version, or a cracked 1.7 version (borrowed/leaked from other site)?

(If you answered one of the first two options then we will try to help you as best as we can.)

(However, If you selected the third option, then you WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY SUPPORT. PERIOD.)

2: What are you computer specs (graphics card, OS, amount of memory)?

3: What plugins are you using (I.E. jabo's, N-rage, Rice, Glide)?

4: Have you looked at the Manuals and Guides, FAQS, Known Issues, or the Game specific issues on the main site?

5: Have you used the Search function?

If after answering all of all these questions and you still need help, create a new thread in the relevant section.

Nobody's gonna read this, just like nobody read the last sticky. That's the only reason I didn't make this earlier :P However I fully agree.

Also something for you no0bz to remember is that the different forum sections do not have different, erm, "tech support members", if you will.
If someone does not answer your question do not go making another thread/bumping an old thread like that last dood did. It's just stupid. If you want different people go to a different forum.

Well to be strategic, the only way to win against stuff like this is tolerance. Intolerantly making efforts to prevent threads asking the same question is fine for organization, but I personally don't mind answering the exact same question with different personalities. Tends to happen based on who I'm talking to I guess, against my awareness.

Good info in this thread for people who want to avoid difficulty.

I don't remember the old one.

oh hell unless you're talking about smiff
If not then I must have amnesia or something.

Well to be a li'l on-topic, I'd say the questions listing is a slight extent harsh. You can tell if someone searched before posting by remembering if the question was already asked here. If you don't remember if it was asked or not then it's not rightfully worth bugging them about.
