Default Mouse in project64

Hi,
Can I use the mouse or the trackball with the Project64 v1.6 and associated to the digital pad or to analog stick?
Which options must I enable?

Thanks

Come to think of it I haven't seen mouse support in the default controller plugin for Project64 1.6. Other plugins support the mouse device, though, so yes it can be used in Project64 1.6.

Another plugin called N64 VirtualPad supports this, but it has a huge mess of dependency code that raises some technical issues on certain operating systems iirc.

I never tried the mouse feature myself, but I'm almost sure it'd not work very well...

Yeah, I know what you mean. I didn't have the patience to keep using the mouse in Mario like that. Some people did optimize some useful configurations for being able to put up with it better, though.

I am using the plugin: N-Rage’s Direct-Input8 V2 1.80a.
It seems to work well...

Thanks.

Well, in either case, all you have to do is move your mouse once you click a button code that listens for controller input on what to map to the N64 button.

I will try to use _DInput8_V2_2.1_rc3 & NRage_Input_V2.2_Beta versions.
However I would to keep 2.1 rc3 version because it isn’t beta.

Thank you!
