Welcome to pj64-emu.com
Welcome to the new site. I would like to thank martin over at emulation64.com for hosting pj64.net all these years. This site is now on it’s own server and has had a major overhaul. I am sure there be some teething issues, so if you find something that seems wrong/missing please discuss it here and we will do our best to fix it.
The site has been redesigned to allow us to blog about what is going on with the development of Project64 and to be able to keep our users better informed of what is going on. We also have an RSS feed so you can subscribe and always be up to date with what is happening with Pj64. All the work done on Project64 since the last public release last year [actually nearly 2 years, 1st April 2005 was our last public release, v1.7 development began proper in autumn 2005 with the old pj64.net (Smiff)] this is currently available to members as a beta package. we know there are lots of broken links which i'll try to fix in the next week.. actually zilmar surprised me a little by going public already
 if any members have concerns/problems with the site please post on the private forum, or if you can't, via EmuTalk please. and most of all.. don't panic! we have not been hijacked, we'll probably reuse the old domain soon (when Martin gets back?). and we'll take of regressions as fast as we can. performance should be much improved. pj64 development will continue just the same. we hope people like the new look. let us know right here!

i am mystified by the number of people having problems downloading.. perhaps this is not clear but the current public version is under Downloads on the main menu (then click Binaries, then v1.6). beta versions are members only. i've just tested it and the site seems to be working fine.

yes i edited the news post slightly and added "to members".. zilmar i think we need to always be 100% clear since plenty of new and foreign people come by here not knowing anything about us or what we've been doing for the past... 8 years? (which is great, to have new people around, we just have to be clear
)
